The sensors use microwave technology that reacts to motion changes within the coverage area. Once the sensor stops detecting movement and the delay time has elapsed, the lights will switch from high mode to low mode and eventually to an OFF state if desired. The sensors must have a direct line of sight to detect the movement of a person or object, so the placement of the luminaire sensor must be considered. Avoid placing the sensor where obstructions may block its line of sight.
