At ALCODM, we do more than manufacture materials for electrical installations. We build strong relationships with our business partners and with the talented people who make each project a reality. Together, we create “Endless Ideas”— more than a slogan, it represents the way we think, work, and grow as one.
We are a proud Mexican company with over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing and distribution of electrical installation materials. Our story started in 1999, in the Comarca Lagunera region, when two brothers decided to launch a project with a clear vision: to build a company manufacturing two products—2x39W and 2x75W channel cabinets—based on hard work, mutual trust, and a commitment to quality.
It started as a small workshop with limited resources but great determination, and in 2005 it was consolidated with the incorporation of a third brother and the formal establishment of ALCO Design and Manufacturing. In 2007, the ALCODM brand was launched as part of the natural expansion of a family business that, from the very beginning, was committed to technological innovation, continuous improvement, trusting relationships with business partners, and the development of high-value solutions for the electrical sector.
Where It All Began
1999
Since then, ALCODM has maintained steady growth, developing products with leading-edge technology and meeting the highest national and international standards. Today, our organizational structure consists of two business units:
ALCODM: Specializes in the design, manufacture, and sale of products such as electrical cabinets, electrical enclosures, lighting, and cable ducts. This division has a solid national distribution network and maintains a rigorous focus on the quality, efficiency, and safety of each of our products.
ALCO Design and Manufacturing (Contract Manufacturing): A division dedicated to offering customized manufacturing solutions for OEMs, system integrators, panel builders, automation specialists, and companies in the energy industry, delivering high levels of accuracy, performance, and strict regulatory compliance.
Our journey
2010
In 2025, we opened an industrial complex in Gómez Palacio, Durango, covering an area of 248,000 square feet. This facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and powered by the talent and commitment of more than 250 highly skilled Mexican workers.
With strategically located branches across Mexico in Guadalajara, Chihuahua, Durango, Monterrey and Mérida, we maintain close proximity to our business partners, allowing us to provide fast, efficient, and high-quality solutions for their electrical projects.
